For conducting a bulk email marketing campaign you need to have a bulk email sender and tracking software and an smtp server to route the emails. we provide our Vodamail Pro 9.60 Bulk email sender and tracking software and dedicated smtp server.

How many emails can i send in a day using your software?
A.
That depends upon the capacity of the server you choose and your internet connection speed. Normally using a 256Kbps broad band connection the speed is 1500 emails per hour per license whereas if you have a 1 mbps connection speed can go upto 3000 emails per hour per license. Free SMTP servers like Gmail ( www.gmail.com ) allows only a maximum of 500 emails per day per account. So normally, most of our customers create multiple Gmail accounts and send 50,000 to 450,000 emails a day in a single click, all delivered to INBOX. There is an option in our software to add upto 1000 email accounts at the same time. You can specify the maximum number of mails that should be sent using one account. If you put that as 450 mails per account and add 1000 gmail accounts to our software, then the software will send 450*1000= 450,000 emails per day in a single go. In this case the software after sending 450 emails using one account will shift automatically to next email account and like this it will go upto 1000 TH email account automatically. Alternately you can choose our dedicated SMTP server for sending emails. If you purchase dual core server for $380/month you can send around 20,000 emails per day @ 1500 emails per hour.

Some ISPs (Your internet connection provider) allow direct sending. If your computer is connected to an ISP which allows direct sending, then vodamail has a built-in smtp server within it which makes your computer itself an smtp server and you can send mails directly without any external smtp server. This is only possible with some computers which allows it. You need to check it yourself with vodamail.

Many SMTP Providers like godaddy and gmail allows only a limited number of emails (250 emails per day in one godaddy account and 500 emails per day using one gmail account) to be sent per account. So normally our customers create multiple smtp accounts and load all of them to software at once. You can specify the maximum number of emails to be sent using one account in our software. Now when Vodamail finish sending that much amount of emails using one account, it will shift automatically to the next email account so that there is no break and you can send practically unlimited number of emails utilizing all SMTP accounts, just with a single click.

A. if you are purchasing the software using direct credit card payment (through BMT Micro secure credit card processor) you will get the key to activate your software instantly (within 2 minutes as email to your registered email address). If you purchase the software through paypal, the key will be given within 2 hours (if your purchase is made on working hours). For server we need to setup the software lxadmin, and server administration tools, configure your ip and domain name. so it will take 24 hours for delivery.

Putting proper unsubscribe information in the emails , putting the sender id as the original smtp email address, personalisation of emails, ie including the name of the person in the email content, putting a proper address and phone number of the sender in the content of email, hosting a valid website in the domain that is registered for the smtp server showing your business information, removal of unsubscribers regularly , all are measures that has to be done on your side to ensure continous inbox delivery without IP blacklisting.

A. Sometimes your email list might be having some other information other than email addresses. Like each customer name , address, phone number etc. Now you can customize your email content in such a way that these additional fields can be embedded automatically in each email sent. This is what is called personalized email. For example your list in MS EXCEL Worksheet might be having first column as email addresses and second column as names of the recipients.
Eg. Your excel sheet has the following info
Alexarakkal@yahoo.co.in Alex Varghese
John1234@yahoo.co.uk John Darwin
Now when you send say 1000 emails, your email content will start with "Dear <name>". Now this name will be replaced with Alex Varghese when sending email to alexarakkal@yahoo.co.in and with John Darwin when sending to John1234@yahoo.co.uk and it goes on like that automatically. You can include any number of fields like this in the email.
