While sending mails, VodaMail Pro will automatically merge names and other personal data with it. Email addresses and names can be created or imported in/from MS Access Database , Excel Spreadsheet or a simple Text file. Software supports plain text or HTML format with embedded images & hyperlinks in the email content. Software has a Built - In SMTP Server which sends emails directly by passing your ISPs mailing system and also has an option of routing through a third party SMTP.
