| Vodamail Terms and conditions
1.Using Gmail SMTP you can send a maximum of 500 Emails per ID
per Day.
This may change over a period of time if Gmail limits the number of mails per ID.
This restriction is not there ie you can send unlimited number
of mails if you send from our dedicated smtp server. if you
intend to send large number of emails per day like half a
million or above per day, you need to purchase our dedicated
smtp server also along with vodamail.
2.For sending 500 mails per day using Gmail accounts the
Gmail accounts should atleast be 10 to 15 days old and those IDs should have been used to send and receive mails for about 10 to 15 days.
3. You can use a maximum of 15 Gmail accounts in vodamail in a single instance. so you will be able to send 7500 mails per day
using gmail ids.
4.You cannot hide your identity when you use gmail IDs to send mails. For example if your ID is abc@gmail.com you cannot hide and change it as xyz@abc.com. But if you are using our dedicated server you will be given the mail id in your company's name. for example
info@yourcompanyname.com
5. Built in smtp server makes
your computer as the smtp server to send emails directly.
However some ISPs(Internet service provider - where your
internet account is with) may block direct sending after
sending some mails. This is not a fault with our software but
your isp. In that case, you have to contact your isp and
request them to enable direct mail sending inorder to send
mails using the built in server of the software.
